90- DAY INTENSIVE COACHING PROGRAM
In this program, I fully support you in your personalized coaching journey through the Steps to Re-boot your food, your body and your life in 90 days or less. This program is based on a proven holistic system called Wellness 360 that’s designed to help you to reach your goals and create lasting transformations. Together we shall uncover what’s holding you back from living the healthy life you desire and learn the steps to get to where you want to be. This approach allows us to discover the interconnection between your challenges and create lasting changes.
Wellness 360 Intensive has 6 steps that we’ll be working through together.
In the first step of my program, we’ll focus on Wellness 360 Body In this step, you’ll learn your own body constitution and what works for your unique body type, including fitness and movement techniques that will give you lasting energy rather than deplete you.
We’ll focus on not only your physical body but your internal body that also play a significant role in your wellness. What Wellness 360 Body is going to do for you is to show you how to work with your body rather than against it.
In Step 2 we’ll look at Wellness 360 Food In this step, you’ll learn the fundamentals of holistic nutrition so that you can finally answer the question “What should I really eat everyday?” You’ll learn to overcome cravings, solve food sensitivities, develop healthy cooking skills, understand supplementation and develop an energized eating plan that works for your lifestyle. What Wellness 360 Food is going to do for you is to show you how to transform food confusion and information overwhelm into a healthy eating relationship for life.
In Step 3 we’ll look at Wellness 360 Rest In this step, you’ll discover the secrets that the healthiest people practice to create a holistic, energetic, fulfilling lifestyle. You’ll learn the keys to creating balance and reducing stress in all areas of your life. What Wellness 360 Rest is going to do for you is show you how to create balance in all areas of your life without struggle.
In Step 4, 5 and 6, we’ll work with the Wellness 360 elements of Air, Sun and Water While these elements might appear simple at first, they each have three distinct layers that impact our well-being on deeper levels. We’ll work through each of these elements together so that you can flow through your life with more ease and have more energy for all that you do.
Share Program Features The way my program takes place is that we’ll have 12 in-depth coaching sessions together over 90 days. You’ll also have unlimited email support in between your sessions. I’ll provide you with weekly tools and handouts to support you every step of the way.

SHIFT ONLINE GROUP PROGRAM
Our Online Group program is for the busy female high achiever and is purely conducted virtually. It is designed to be inviting, high impact, results-oriented and joyful to help busy women professionals create sustainable healthy habits and lifestyle tactics. The online group setting is an atmosphere of support working with others towards similar goals.
The program is interactive and consists of teaching, support and coaching, with a group of maximum 6 like-minded individuals.
Each participant begins by determining what they want to achieve and then creates a detailed plan to achieve it, according to personal pace preferences, and priorities.
SHIFT combines proven coaching tools with the power of group support and accountability to help participants create their own success.
